Estamos buscando un/a Pixel Artist con estilo propio sin experiencia y valoramos el portfolio, tu compromiso y tus ganas de crecer con el proyecto.

Requisitos mínimos:

Portafolio con ejemplos de pixel art (no buscamos experiencia profesional).

Estilo propio y sensibilidad artística.

Conocimientos de composición y lectura a baja resolución, contraste y color y limpieza de píxel.

Capacidad para recibir feedback y adaptarse.

Compromiso real con el proyecto.

Experiencia con animación 2D en pixel art.

Uso de tilesets/tilemaps o sistemas modulares.

Haber participado en proyectos personales o game jams.

Estarás trabajando junto a nuestras dos artistas mano a mano para conseguir un estilo original, diferenciador y que plasme la idea del juego.

Queremos que la persona que se una a nosotros sea capaz de:

Crear de assets 2D en pixel art: personajes, props, escenarios, UI, íconos y spritesheets.

Traducir conceptos y referencias visuales a estilo pixel art coherente con la dirección del juego.

Elegir y aplicar paletas de color que transmitan atmósfera y legibilidad.

Ayudar en la realización de animaciones básica de sprites como idle, andar, etc.

Crear de tilesets y tilemaps para escenarios modulares.

Iterar sobre los assets a partir de feedback del equipo.

5+ years of professional experience in full stack development, preferably within a gaming context.
1+ years of professional experience in AI and Automation development and implementation.

Strong back-end development experience with a modern language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or Node.js) and frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET, Django, Express).

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the game industry.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals, UX principles, and mobile usability standards.

We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to shaping the interface and overall user experience of our first original IP: Soul Breach, a F2P turn-based RPG with collectible mechanics.

Requisitos mínimos:

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the game industry.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals, UX principles, and mobile usability standards.
• Knowledge of basic art principles, including composition and visual hierarchy.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and readability for mobile interfaces.
• Ability to adapt to established workflows, processes, and production requirements.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Autonomous, structured, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written), as our daily communication is in Spanish.

We’re looking for a talented artist to join as a UI Art Lead on one of our main titles, Cashman Casino, at Product Madness. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the User Interface of the game from initial conception to implementation.

You will lead and manage a small team of talented artists, setting a clear vision, building trust, providing consistent feedback, and understanding each artist’s goals and needs, helping to establish a clear path for everyone to achieve their goals.

You will also work alongside UX designers, technical artists, developers and product managers to ensure the UI supports the game experience. You will partner with production to develop high level execution plans and own the execution strategy.

Buscamos a un profesional especializado en montaje de niveles en Unreal Engine 5.6 para unirse a nuestro equipo durante 6 meses en un proyecto en pleno desarrollo.

El foco del puesto está en diseño y construcción de niveles jugables, trabajo con iluminación, materiales, efectos visuales y optimización para garantizar una experiencia fluida y de alta calidad.

· Montaje de niveles a partir de unos ya montados, para mejorar e implementar nuevos assets o reordenar.
· Diseño de espacios jugables (flow, ritmo, pacing, navegación, combate/exploración).
· Implementación y ajuste de iluminación (baked/dinámica, Lumen), postprocesado y atmósferas.
· Creación y configuración básica de materiales e instancias de material en UE5.

We’re looking for a talented artist to join as a UI Art Lead on one of our main titles, Cashman Casino, at Product Madness. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the User Interface of the game from initial conception to implementation.

You will lead and manage a small team of talented artists, setting a clear vision, building trust, providing consistent feedback, and understanding each artist’s goals and needs, helping to establish a clear path for everyone to achieve their goals.

You will also work alongside UX designers, technical artists, developers and product managers to ensure the UI supports the game experience. You will partner with production to develop high level execution plans and own the execution strategy.

As UI Art Lead, you are expected to develop the overall look and feel of the game, balancing visual satisfaction and gameplay clarity to ensure amazing experiences. You will push art quality where players see it and know when to pull back on quality where they won’t, being hands-on sometimes and contributing to the artwork benchmark.

Requisitos mínimos:

What We”re Looking For

Associate’s degree in art build, animation, or a related field.

Intermediate-level skills in animation.

Proven experience with animation tools and techniques, as shown in your portfolio.

Previous experience in the gaming industry is a plus.

Proficiency in Photoshop and After Effects, including plug-ins like Red Giant and/or Video-Copilot.

Experience with Autodesk Maya and similar 3D art software; intermediate skills in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and animation are advantageous.

Knowledge of storyboarding, video production, and 2D/3D animation.

Ability to break down animation assets needed per task and provide accurate estimates.

Outstanding abilities in drawing, illustration, and composition are an advantage.

Strong English communication skills, ability to handle stress, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Contribute at all levels of the art production pipeline, from conceptualizing game builds to final game art.

Maintain organized, layered files and asset storage.

Work closely with the Art Director and team to develop artistically and professionally.

Understand and apply the rules of animation to your work.

Develop the modeling, texturing, and lighting of 2D and/or 3D objects and scenes.

Develop original 2D and/or 3D animated content and graphics.

Understand storyboards and build Animatics for game workflows.

Estamos buscando un Technical Designer para incorporarse a nuestro departamento de desarrollo VR. En nuestro flujo de trabajo, este rol es la pieza clave que conecta Programación y Arte: buscamos a alguien con visión de diseño pero con una ejecución técnica impecable para dar vida a las aplicaciones.

No buscamos un ingeniero de C++, sino un perfil experto en el editor de Unreal que sepa cómo estructurar Actores, configurar objetos interactivos y establecer las reglas de la aplicación para que la experiencia de usuario en VR sea excelente. Queremos a alguien con iniciativa, que disfrute resolviendo problemas de interacción y que aporte ideas para que la inmersión en VR sea fluida y natural.

En wowinX nos dedicamos a trabajar con tecnologías inmersivas, realizamos productos y servicios orientados al mundo del fútbol entre otros. Estamos asociados con grandes empresas y clubes para crear experiencias disruptivas.
Trabajamos con todo tipo de visores y accesorios de VR. Realizamos experiencias y videojuegos tanto para casas como para clientes específicos.

Requisitos mínimos:

Dominio experto de Unreal Engine: Experiencia profesional sólida (UE4.27 o UE5+).

Especialista en Blueprints: Capacidad para resolver problemas lógicos y crear sistemas complejos bajo buenas prácticas de programación visual.

Experiencia en Realidad Virtual: Conocimiento de los desafíos de la VR (rendimiento, UX y confort).

Habilidad colaborativa: Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva con programadores y artistas en un entorno ágil.

Residencia en Madrid: Disponibilidad para acudir a la oficina de forma regular en el modelo híbrido.

Control de versiones: Conocimiento de herramientas como Git o Perforce.

Requisitos deseados:

Conocimientos básicos de matemáticas aplicadas a juegos (geometría, vectores).

Responsabilidades:

Desarrollo de Lógica (100% Blueprints): Creación de sistemas de interacción y lógica de actores complejos de forma organizada, limpia y escalable.

Implementación en VR: Configuración técnica de la experiencia (locomoción, agarres, físicas, sonido espacializado y menús diegéticos).

Integración de Assets: Implementación técnica de modelos y materiales del equipo de Arte, asegurando que su comportamiento lógico sea el correcto.

Prototipado Rápido: Crear versiones funcionales de nuevas mecánicas para validar su jugabilidad en VR antes de la fase de producción final.

Colaboración Interdepartamental: Trabajar con el equipo de C++ para definir las bases de los sistemas y con Arte para la implementación de recursos finales.
