Peregrino es una nueva IP indie desarrollada por Inverge Studios (creadores de Creatures of Ava, Effie). Estamos buscando a un Artista Conceptual para unirse a nuestro equipo y ayudarnos a definir la estética y el diseño visual de los personajes, entornos y objetos de nuestros juegos. Buscamos perfiles dispuestos a trabajar presencialmente en nuestras oficinas de Valencia o Alicante. No descartamos candidatos remotos, pero la presencialidad es nuestra prioridad.

Requisitos mínimos:

– Experiencia sólida en creación de conceptos de personajes, criaturas, entornos y objetos para videojuegos, con fuerte enfoque en diseño visual y narrativa.
– Dominio de técnicas de ilustración digital (pintura digital, sketching, storytelling visual) y capacidad para producir arte rápido y de alta calidad.
– Conocimiento de estilos tanto realistas como estilizados, con comprensión de anatomía, perspectiva, color y composición.
– Experiencia trabajando con software de diseño e ilustración digital como Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Procreate o similares.
– Personalidad, auto-motivación y organización para trabajar bien en solitario.
– Paciencia y habilidad para trabajar bien a través de iteraciones y del feedback entrante.
– Apasionado por jugar y crear videojuegos.

Responsabilidades:

– Crear conceptos visuales para personajes, criaturas, entornos y objetos, alineados con la dirección artística del proyecto.
– Desarrollar variaciones de diseño y bocetos rápidos para explorar ideas de manera eficiente y colaborativa.
– Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de arte 3D, animación y diseño para garantizar la coherencia visual y narrativa de los assets finales.
– Revisar y adaptar conceptos en función del feedback del equipo creativo y de los requerimientos técnicos del proyecto.
– Jugar al videojuego de manera regular y contínua para identificar oportunidades de mejorar la calidad visual.

We are currently looking for a Game Designer to join our team and reinforce the design department of our first original IP: Soul Breach, a F2P turn-based RPG with collectible mechanics.

Requisitos mínimos:

• 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer, with at least one shipped title.
• Proven experience in RPG and/or turn-based game design (preferably mobile or multiplatform).
• Strong game design fundamentals: systems design, economy design, balance, UX, and pacing.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to translate ideas into dev-ready specs.
• Clear communication and critical thinking.
• Autonomous, structured, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written), as our daily communication is in Spanish.

Requisitos mínimos:

• 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer, with at least one shipped title.
• Proven experience in RPG and/or turn-based game design (preferably mobile or multiplatform).
• Strong game design fundamentals: systems design, economy design, balance, UX, and pacing.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to translate ideas into dev-ready specs.
• Clear communication and critical thinking.
• Autonomous, structured, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written), as our daily communication is in Spanish.
