We are looking for a developer to join one of our game development teams based in Barcelona. You’re expected to have a good understanding of object oriented programming, design patterns, also a thorough understanding of graphics, performance issues and trade-offs, great attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Essential Requirements :

– At least 4 years of experience working with Unity

– Experience with best practices such as TDD

– Has shipped at least 1 mobile title into production

– Experience in building flexible and reusable systems

– Ability to easily learn and work with new problems and new technologies

– Experience with optimisation of complex systems.

– Understanding how network protocols work and experience with client-server communication

– Experience with UML and/or diagrams

– Ability to work with scrum and agile

Responsabilidades:

Your role will be hands-on in the development of new features and also supporting existing ones, writing unit tests and code reviews. As a Unity developer you’ll be asked to provide support and mentor junior developers and take part in technical discussions. You’ll work closely with producers, designers, and developers in a highly collaborative and genuinely agile environment.

Requisitos mínimos:

What we”re looking for:

Experience in a technical role (software developer, tester or technical analyst).

Experience in writing Technical Design Documents or Technical Requirements;

Solid knowledge of client-server architectures and network concepts.

Ability to understand technical details of a system and foresee edge case scenarios and performance issues in a proposed solution.

Able to manage development and delivery across different locations and time zones.

Flexible to travel (2-3 times per year to EU)

We’re seeking an ML/AI Engineer who’s excited by the opportunity to turn data into action and help shape the future of AI-driven products in a dynamic environment. You”ll work on a mix of mature machine learning systems and emerging areas such as Generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI, as we begin to explore their potential to support internal tools and user-facing features.

This role offers a chance to deploy ML models in a production-ready ML system and also be part of the team that is starting to experiment and trying to integrate next-generation AI capabilities into our ecosystem. You’ll work alongside ML practitioners while having space to explore, prototype, and learn.

Requisitos mínimos:

What we”re looking for

5+ years of experience applying machine learning to real-world problems, from data to deployment.

Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with ML Python libraries.

Solid SQL expertise and experience working with large data warehouses.

Comfort working with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure), Docker, and Airflow.

Ability to build simple user interfaces (e.g., Streamlit) to expose ML models or AI applications to wider teams.

Hands-on experience building applications with Generative AI (LLMs), including API integration.

Interest or early experience in RAG systems—whether through prototypes, side projects, or professional work.

Interest or familiarity with agentic AI concepts or frameworks (e.g., LangChain agents, CrewAI,..) is a plus, but not a must.

Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-evolving space.

Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.

Explore and contribute to early-stage projects involving LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI to power new types of automation and decision support.

Develop or refine Streamlit-based tools (or alike), that present ML/AI capabilities to non-technical users via intuitive and interactive interfaces.

Help design and implement model monitoring systems to ensure long-term performance and business alignment.

Collaborate with teams across product, data, and engineering to identify where ML and AI can bring value.

Communicate results, limitations, and recommendations clearly across technical and business collaborators.
