Voragine Game Studio is a videogame company based in Madrid, whose team is composed of developers experienced in the industry.
After a successful crowdfunding campaign, we are currently developing our first title Eden””s Guardian, a pixel-art 2D metroidvania and we””re looking for passionate developers to help us realize our vision.

Requisitos mínimos:
– 3+ years of experience as a game producer in small or mid-sized teams
– Strong understanding of production pipelines
– Know-how of agile methodologies and their application
– Proven ability to understand and coordinate different departments (art, design, code, narrative)
– Proven successful track record in delivering timely milestones
– Proactivity in problem-solving and identifying workflow bottlenecks
– Great communicational and organizational skills
– Knowledge of Notion
– Knowledge of Hack n”” Plan
– Knowledge of other Project Management Software
Requisitos deseados:
– At least one title published as Producer-
– Experience in videogame development
– Experience with submission processes
– Spanish speaker.
Responsabilidades:
– To be the main responsable of creating and maintaining planning according to objectives.
– To keep track of the team””s tasks, and provide solutions and alternatives when they””re not being met.
– To aid in budget tracking and other financial aspects.
– To direct the course of the project together with the department leads.
