Requisitos mínimos:

What We”re Looking For

At least 3 years of experience managing and guiding a group of artists or individual contributors within a mobile game publishing company.

Established experience directing creative units in a mobile game context.

Solid knowledge and experience in the social casino market.

Bachelor”s Degree or equivalent experience in illustration, graphic build, or a related field.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Effective organizational capabilities featuring careful attention to detail and the ability to handle various tasks at once.

Strong time management skills and flexible work approach.

Strong ability to recognize style, visual composition, and maintain attention to detail.

Responsabilidades:

What You”ll Do

Coordinate seamlessly with internal artists to complete creative projects and sprints.

Together with your team, develop and lead the creative and art direction for each mini-game to ensure cohesive and comprehensive player journeys aligned with the overall brand and creative direction.

Engage actively in the development, maintenance, and refinement of game art.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Collaborate with Art Director, Art Managers, Product Directors, and collaborators to align vision with business objectives.

Coordinate and manage digital content using project management tools like Jira.

Support the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the art pipeline workflow.

Uphold image integrity and quality assurance across all artwork.

Lead the establishment of goals, standards, processes, and feedback mechanisms.

Manage and nurture relationships with internal collaborators.

Track project performance to ensure successful completion of goals.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Continuously develop and apply leadership skills.

Guide your IC artists in their professional and personal growth.

Strengthen relationships within our global creative teams.

Improve and enforce standardized processes for the art funnel.

Are you a skilled game economist with at least 2 years of crafting, analyzing, and coordinating economies in the gaming industry? In your next role you will form part of a major game management team in advising, strategizing and optimizing the economy of one of the top grossing games in the genre. You will additionally play a crucial role in developing the overall game economy strategy and vision at Product Madness.

As a Sr. Game Economy Manager, you will be crucial to the success of our games. You will work closely with our product, game ops, and data teams to design and balance the economy of our games and to provide the teams with actionable insights. In parallel to this, you will also be an integral part of the Game Economy team, helping to build the craft of game economy in the company, supporting long-term strategy, helping build and evaluate top-class tooling to continuously improve our ways of working, and ensuring we support new games currently in production.

Requisitos mínimos:

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience working in the field of game economy

Good understanding of behavioural economics and motivational theories

Experience in predictive analytics, segmentation, and related areas

A proven understanding of SQL

Possessing a solid grasp of numerical simulation methods and their applications (such as Monte Carlo, Metropolis-Hastings, etc.) is beneficial

Intermediate Python or R is an advantage

Great personal communication skills

Ability to work with ambiguity

Highly curious problem solver

Collaborator leadership skills

Ability to switch context quickly

Responsabilidades:

What You’ll Do

Assist the teams responsible for product development, game operations, and data management by accurately understanding the game economy to drive growth and improve player happiness. This will include creating and testing high-level strategies for pricing of all purchasable items and collectibles, and balancing the economy of the game.

Explore the segmentation of the players based on behaviour and motivation theory, and recommend new and useful segments to use for our game operations and feature design.

Define and help build simulations and predictive models to forecast the results of changes and balancing of content, for optimal player experience.

Increase the level of insights in the game economy within the teams.

Implement game economy guidelines and promote knowledge sharing across the company, collaborating with other Game Economy Managers to develop this knowledge base.
