We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex projects while aligning them with the Aristocrat Labs (ALABs) strategic objectives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive synergy, collaboration, and productivity. Exceptional strategic thinking, technical expertise, and project management skills will be instrumental in achieving successful project outcomes.

Reporting to the PMO leadership, the Technical Project Manager will be embedded in our technology teams, tasked with building and maintaining industry-leading gaming technology. You will participate in our exciting journey as we continue to build our teams and to optimize our tools and processes for a new centralized, cross-business unit, gaming technology development function.

Required Skills and Experience

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
– 7+ years of relevant experience as a Technical Project Manager, leading and delivering strategic technical projects within a technology-driven organization.

Successful operational excellence for project delivery demands a few critical daily, weekly, monthly requirements and duties in the role:

– Conduct thorough project assessments, including risk analysis, resource planning, and feasibility studies to identify potential obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the rigging team across all levels, managing workflows, schedules, and quality control
– Oversee the daily activities, leading the department, and establishing best practice workflow and guidelines for the team.
– Design, build and maintain character, prop and facial rigs suitable for stylised animation
– Collaborate with the Animation Director, Modelling and Pipeline teams to align on creative and technical needs

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the rigging team across all levels, managing workflows, schedules, and quality control

Requisitos mínimos:

• Conocimiento de los procesos que forman parte del desarrollo de un videojuego y de los equipos involucrados en el mismo.
• Gran capacidad analítica.

Como QA Tester en MercurySteam jugarás un papel clave en el control de calidad, ayudando a crear juegos libres de bugs y creando una experiencia de usuario positiva en nuestros proyectos. Estamos buscando un artista 3D con experiencia en Unreal Engine para el desarrollo de Pawtners Case, un videojuego 3D de puzzle-plataformas sobre un perro que sueña con ser un perro policía.

El juego presentará un estilo visual onírico y una jugabilidad basada en física. Todo será controlado con 2 botones. El candidato debe demostrar conocimientos de desarrollo de personajes, cámara y controles utilizando Unreal Engine 5.

El objetivo es lanzar el juego completo para un solo jugador en noviembre de 2025, pero el primer hito será un vertical slice para mayo de 2025. El objetivo es lanzar el juego completo para un solo jugador en noviembre de 2025, pero el primer hito será un vertical slice para mayo de 2025. – ¡0 años de experiencia! 🙂 No es necesaria experiencia profesional como tal; sabemos que hay talento ahí fuera. Eso sí, necesitaremos un portafolio para valorar el nivel del candidato.

Estamos buscando un desarrollador de blueprints de Unreal Engine para el desarrollo de Pawtners Case, un videojuego 3D de puzzle-plataformas sobre un perro que sueña con ser un perro policía.

El juego presentará un estilo visual onírico y una jugabilidad basada en física. Todo será controlado con 2 botones. El candidato debe demostrar conocimientos de desarrollo de personajes, cámara y controles utilizando Unreal Engine 5.

El objetivo es lanzar el juego completo para un solo jugador en noviembre de 2025, pero el primer hito será un vertical slice para mayo de 2025. Más allá de la compensación, este proyecto ofrece una oportunidad invaluable para desarrollar una pieza distintiva de portafolio que muestre mecánicas basadas en física y estética onírica estilizada – habilidades muy solicitadas en la industria del juego actual que mejorarán significativamente tus perspectivas profesionales y futuras solicitudes de empleo.

El equipo se está formando ahora, liderado por Paolo Gambardella. Aportamos amplia experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de juegos al proyecto, con Paolo encabezando la visión creativa y los esfuerzos para asegurar fondos. Nuestro enfoque colaborativo asegura que cada miembro del equipo desempeñará un papel vital en dar vida a Pawtners Case. – ¡0 años de experiencia! 🙂 No es necesaria experiencia profesional como tal; sabemos que hay talento ahí fuera. Eso sí, necesitaremos un portafolio para valorar el nivel del candidato.

– Cumplir fechas de entrega. Tenemos deadlines establecidos para la campaña de marketing. Necesitamos a alguien capaz de planificarse y entregar a tiempo. Los plazos serán razonables.

– Creatividad y buen nivel artístico. Se precisa técnico en Unreal Engine 5 con experiencia demostrable en proyectos publicados.
Buscamos a alguien experimentado en la creación de prototipos de juegos, resolutivo y pro-activo.

Requisitos mínimos:

Conocimientos del Engine en sus versiones 5.4 y 5.5 para la creación de prototipos con los siguientes requisitos aproximados:

Sistemas de animación:
· Configuración y depuración de animaciones de personajes, incluyendo transiciones y blending avanzado.
· Experiencia integrando animaciones personalizadas y trabajando con esqueletos.

Requisitos deseados:

Aunque los proyectos ya cuentan con un diseño estructurado, se valorará en exclusiva la capacidad de dotar al Player de un mejor Gamefeel, de cara a finalizar el prototipado actual.

Responsabilidades:

Formarás parte de un equipo en pleno desarrollo de varios prototipos, entre ellos un shooter en tercera persona y un shot’em up de naves.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both frontend development and game design, with a strong understanding of the gaming industry, especially the mechanics and user engagement strategies for crash and slot games.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize multiplayer crash games and slot games for the online gambling market.
Work with the game design team to translate concepts into fully functioning and engaging games.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate game mechanics with our platform.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, primarily using React and PixiJS libraries.
