Requisitos mínimos:

– Más de 8 años de experiencia como diseñador técnico/de videojuegos.
– Experiencia como Lead en al menos un proyecto profesional.
– Experiencia trabajando en varios proyectos, idealmente desde el principio hasta el final. Valoraremos la participación en las distintas fases del desarrollo, por encima de los proyectos terminados o lanzados.
– Experiencia con Unreal Engine 5, Unity o cualquier motor comercial y sus herramientas de scriptado.
– Nivel alto de LUA o en cualquier otro lenguaje de scripting.
– Habilidad para leer y entender C++.
– Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos y en la gestión de funciones.
– Profundo conocimiento técnico a nivel de mecánicas y sistemas.
– Amplia experiencia trabajando con cualquier herramienta de Visual Scripting.
– Capacidad para describir un concepto de forma clara y detallada, tanto verbalmente como por escrito.
– Enfoque hacia la innovación y mejora constante en cuanto a la definición de conceptos e implementación de mecánicas y sistemas de juego.
– Estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos en el desarrollo y la implementación de mecánicas y sistemas de juego.
– Participación en la mejora de los procesos y herramientas de desarrollo.
– Enfoque constante hacia la mejora y crecimiento tanto personal como del equipo, a través de la participación activa en los procedimientos de gestión de la empresa: plan de carrera, formación, gestión humana…
– Nivel de inglés: B2+/C1.

Requisitos deseados:

– Se valorará muy positivamente la experiencia con motores propietarios.

Responsabilidades:

– Dirigir y gestionar equipos multidisciplinares para plasmar la visión del proyecto a través de la jugabilidad: Technical Design es el departamento encargado del scripting de misiones.
– Supervisar el desarrollo de conceptos de mecánicas de juego en nuestro motor propio, el MercuryEngine. El lenguaje de scripting está basado en LUA por lo que se requiere expertise en este lenguaje de programación.
– Supervisar y liderar el diseño y la creación de documentación técnica sobre las mecánicas y sistemas implementados.
– Supervisar la integración de nuevas mecánicas en los conceptos y la visión existentes sin perder funcionalidad y sin perder de vista los pilares del proyecto.
– Garantizar que el equipo de Technical Design participa en el proceso de mejora del kit de herramientas de desarrollo del juego.
– Comunicarse con los clientes y realizar presentaciones de prototipos.
– Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos: programación, animación, arte, diseño, producción etc.

Vyros busca Ilustrador/a o animador/a 2D con experiencia preparando personajes para animación.

Tengo un personaje ilustrado ya terminado.

Necesito preparar el archivo para animación en After Effects (Duik).

El trabajo consiste en:
• Separar el personaje por partes (brazos, antebrazos, manos, torso, piernas, etc.)
• Crear y extender zonas ocultas para las articulaciones (codos, hombros, axilas, rodillas…)
• Añadir los “cap shapes” o extensiones necesarias para evitar huecos al doblar
• Mantener coherencia de sombras y colores
• Entregar un PSD organizado y listo para rigging

Pago un importe único por el trabajo.

Job Description:
We””re seeking a skilled and passionate Senior-level Lookdev & Lighting Artist to join our growing team for the upcoming series Messi and the Giants.
As a Lookdev and Lighting Artist, you will play a key role in defining and delivering the visual quality of the show, working closely with the creative and production teams to ensure visually compelling, technically efficient, and consistent results across all shots.

Requisitos mínimos:

– Proven professional experience as a Lighting Artist on a fully 3D animated series or feature film is required.

The Lighting TD works closely with Lighting Artists within the team to deliver high-quality, optimized lighting renders for animated projects. You will be responsible for optimizing lighting and render settings using Arnold, ensuring both visual quality and performance.

This role includes developing tools for the lighting department using Python within a USD-based pipeline. All tools created should support production workflows and contribute to a smooth and efficient production process. Therefore, it is essential that you are able to design and develop tools that are robust, efficient, well-documented, and easy to use for other team members.

Requisitos mínimos:

– Proven experience working as a Lighting TD in the TV animation industry.

– Strong understanding of color spaces, bit depth, and lighting data representation, including ACES.

– Technical Problem Solving & Tool Development: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to lighting and rendering. Develop, maintain, and optimize tools, scripts, and workflows to automate tasks and improve efficiency within the lighting department.
– Troubleshoot technical issues such as render noise, long render times, and memory usage in a modern path-tracing renderer
– Workflow & Pipeline Integration: Collaborate with the Pipeline team and other departments (Look Development, Compositing, FX) to ensure seamless integration of lighting tools and processes within the broader production pipeline.
– Look Development Support: Work closely with Look Development and Surfacing artists to ensure shaders and assets behave correctly within lighting and color pipeline requirements.
– Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines, following direction from Supervisors and Leads.

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Pipeline TD to join our team as soon as possible.

The Pipeline TD will support the development of CG workflows across departments and contribute to improving our pipeline tools. They will also provide day-to-day support to artists, helping ensure consistency across production.
Strong communication skills are essential, as the Pipeline TD will interact regularly with technical and non-technical team members.

Requisitos mínimos:

– Our software stack involves Autodesk Maya, Substance Painter, Arnold, Nuke, Houdini and Toon Boom Harmony. Experience with Maya’s API is required; knowledge of other DCCs is a plus but not mandatory.
