In 1996, in a small office in Ghent, Belgium, Larian Studios was born. Since then, our passion to create a world class video games has driven the Divinity series – six games that straddle multiple genres and defy expectations. Our first crowdfunded success, Divinity: Original Sin, won over 150 awards and nominations, and the recently-released sequel Divinity: Original Sin 2 launched with a 93 Metacritic rating, as well as over 160 awards (Including the Bafta for Best Multiplayer Game) and counting!
Thanks to the success of these two games, our family has grown to over 400 people around the world, working in our Ghent, Quebec, Dublin, Kuala Lumpur, Guildford and Barcelona studios. Our next game, Baldur’s Gate 3 is currently in Early Access.

With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games. As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for two Game Engine QA”s (Internships) to join the team and help us craft the high-caliber games our fans have come to expect.
The Game Engine QA team at Larian Studios is the main supporting pillar of all internal developer teams, ensuring the stability of the Engine, Tools, and Game. This team is responsible for testing and providing feedback on all newly developed features. They also create and maintain automated testing processes for the Engine, Tools, and Game, as well as various automated pipelines to assist internal teams. Game Engine QA is a fully established career path within the company.
IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that this is an internship position. There are additional legal requirements, such as having graduated (at most) within the last three years or currently being enrolled in studies.

Requisitos mínimos:
Knowledge in programming and/or scripting
Knowledge working with Game Engines
Knowledge with version control systems;
Good judgment in estimating the significance and consequences of the bugs
Rigorous and methodical, autonomous and resourceful approach
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good communication skills in spoken/written English (must have a resume in English)
You are a team player and willing to take responsibility
Passion for video games
Responsabilidades:
Perform all kinds of manual testing (regression, integration, etc.)
Closely assist the programming team with testing specific changes before the code gets into the main developer branches
Test and help improve our production pipelines and tools
Test new builds to ensure the stability of the tools
Follow priorities given by the QA Lead to ensure current team-wide goals are met.
Report bugs, validate bug corrections
Assure follow-up of tickets during different production phases
Manage the bug-tracking system
First line of support for the production team with regard to any technical issues
