Proven leadership experience in software engineering
5+ years managing mobile game development teams
Expertise in Unity, C#, and Google Cloud
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Lead and mentor a team of highly motivated engineers
Develop and maintain core systems and innovative features
Optimize code for high performance targets
Build tools to enable developers to bring content to life
Coordinate with external collaborators across engineering, production, build, art, and QA
