About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual assets that support our marketing, branding, and product initiatives across digital and print channels.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and external partners to ensure consistent brand identity and high-quality visual output. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow, bring fresh ideas, and make a strong impact through design.
Requisitos mínimos:
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house, agency, or freelance).
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skill, and versatility across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic knowledge of Premiere or After Effects is a plus.
• Basic understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to interpret briefs, manage feedback, and deliver assets on time.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Fluency in English is a plus.

• Experience creating assets for social media campaigns or digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
• Experience working with brand guidelines or contributing to brand development.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience working with international teams or multiple markets.
• Artistic experience related to concept art/illustration for doing quick mock ups of game ideas.
• A passion for Videogames, Intellectual Properties and Pop Culture.
Responsabilidades:
What You’ll Be Doing
• Create high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, newsletters, presentations, ads, and print materials.
• Support the development and evolution of the brand identity across all platforms.
• Adapt existing assets to different formats and markets while keeping visual consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand campaign needs and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and visual concepts.
• Prepare files for production and ensure all assets meet platform specifications and technical requirements.
• Work with external providers (printers, agencies, freelancers) when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools.
