We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Production Team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to align Aristocrat’s strategic objectives with Product Madness’s project portfolio. End to end project management will include facilitating and executing project intake and discovery efforts, driving process improvements, facilitating positive change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Owning the projects’ outcome, making sure there is tight governance and a driving force is essential for this role. Exceptional strategic thinking, technical expertise, project management skills, customer focus will be instrumental in achieving successful project outcomes.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Senior Project Manager in our central team, working closely with Game Producers in Business Units and with the wider Aristocrat PMO teams will oversee multiple projects within Product Madness.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

· 6+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager, leading strategic project intake, discovery, end to end delivery and change management for multiple initiatives, and overseeing the operational excellence of PMO functions.

· Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, aligning operational project objectives with the business’ goals, delivering tangible results and continuous process improvement.

· Subject matter expert in project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, with proficiency in both Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)/Waterfall and traditional project management practices.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

· Strong experience managing complex operational projects in a matrix organisation.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

· Experience in reporting status, risks, issues, and resource utilisation to stakeholders and leadership.

· Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams and foster a culture of excellence.

· Conduct thorough project discovery activities to gather requirements, analyze risks and dependencies, and define project scope and success criteria.

· Lead regular project reviews to evaluate project performance, risks, and issues.

· Monitor and evaluate change management efforts, measure effectiveness, and adjust as needed.

· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and methodologies related to project management, business case development, and change management.

· Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

· Adapt and contribute to the overall success of the project management practice within the organization.

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive release management strategy aligned with project objectives and organizational goals.

AI Knowledge Graph (KB) Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute test strategies for the AI Knowledge Graph, validating its structure, data ingestion (content aggregation, telemetry), accuracy of linkages (features, test cases, bugs, configs), and functionality (e.g., semantic search).
Test the integration points and feedback loops between the KB and AI tools (KB feeding test strategies/patterns to AI, AI generating insights/test cases back to KB).
Ensure the reliability and performance of the KB as it expands.
Model-Based Testing (MBT) Implementation & Validation:

Actively participate in the implementation of MBT methodologies.
Collaborate on MBT model design, ensuring accuracy and coverage of the systems under test.
Validate the correctness and effectiveness of automatically generated test cases derived from MBT models.
Test the integration of MBT execution and reporting within the CI/CD pipeline.
AI-Driven Automation & Tooling Validation:

Design and execute test plans for custom automation tools, AI features (including aspects of explainable AI), backend services, and Unity editor extensions developed by the team.
Validate telemetry integration, ensuring accurate collection of usage analytics and error logs for AI-driven testing insights.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) for continuous quality feedback and reporting.
QA Strategy, Execution & Defect Management:

Define overall testing scope, approaches (manual, automated, performance, risk-based), and plans aligned with the project roadmap phases (KB building, Pilot Automation, MBT implementation, Expansion).
Execute diverse tests, meticulously document defects, verify fixes, and perform regression testing.
Contribute QA perspective to defining guidelines on data usage, model transparency, and compliance.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

Partner effectively with developers and data scientists to understand technical implementations, AI models, reproduce issues, and ensure timely defect resolution.
Communicate test results, quality status, risks (especially related to AI/automation), and coverage gaps clearly.
Actively contribute to evolving QA processes towards risk-based testing, AI-driven test prioritization, and potentially bug prediction, leveraging insights from the KB and telemetry.
Participate in defining AI governance practices from a quality assurance standpoint.

Level Up [Game Dev Hub] is a hybrid incubator and creative ecosystem based in Barcelona, Spain, dedicated to supporting independent game developers through training, mentorship, and production support. Since 2020, we’ve incubated dozens of game teams, helped secure funding through publishers and public grants, and provided hands-on guidance from industry veterans. Our programs combine entrepreneurial development with real-world production pipelines, helping studios build sustainable careers while crafting innovative games. We also operate a digital campus, host live events, and collaborate with international partners to promote the growth of emerging studios across Europe.

We’re looking for a bilingual Assistant Producer (Spanish-English) to join our game incubator and development Hub. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on production experience in indie or mid-sized teams, who is eager to support both emerging game projects and the operational backbone of a vibrant creative ecosystem.

Game Development Support (Internal Projects)
Assist the Executive Producer in planning and task tracking.
Support estimation and documentation of production pipelines.
Facilitate communication between technical, artistic, and narrative departments.
Help identify workflow bottlenecks and offer proactive solutions.

Requisitos mínimos:

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
