Requisitos mínimos:

– Proved experience creating and maintaining product vision and roadmap prioritizing opportunities based on business value, and executing via incremental feature launches
– In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
– Experienced within the free to play industry
– Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
– Analytical skills
– Experience working with complete software lifecycle and software release decisions
– Ability to work as part of a team
– Expertise working directly with clients and managing stakeholders spectations

Responsabilidades:

– Providing product vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the product and create requirements
– Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product
– Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
– Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
– Track and analyze product performance metrics with exceptional experience driving data-based decisions
– Lead the team to make the best decisions

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated LEAD PRODUCER* to drive the company’s largest project: Outer Ring, a space-themed MMO.?

The Outer Ring MMO is a 3rd Person Shooter built with Unreal Engine 5 that is currently in a closed Alpha state. Throughout development we will merge blockchain elements with AAA game design to create an incredible experience for both Web3 and Web2 players.?

Requisitos mínimos:

What we’re looking for

You have 10+ years in technology, including 5+ years in the games industry in a production role. At least 1 shipped Console/PC title.

You have managed complex projects across multiple disciplines. An understanding of modern software development methodologies and how to effectively implement them in this environment.

You have experience using Project Management (Jira), Communication (Teams) and Office tools for the completion of day-to-day activities.

You have prior technical experience, either through prior roles or through qualifications.

You have experience managing a team and mentoring other producers or project managers.

You have demonstrable knowledge of trends within the PC gaming market and the ability to pull insights from available data.

You have ability to work with discipline leads to define timelines and establish goals, experience taking responsibility for meeting those goals and representing progress against those goals to C level stakeholders.

You have demonstrable history of managing stakeholder relationships. Capable of building an open, collaborative relationship with discipline leads.

You have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to present in meetings and write clear documentation in English.

Requisitos deseados:

You have working knowledge of Unreal Engine and best practices for development of Unreal Engine games.??

You have experience as a release manager for product releases on Steam, Epic, PlayStation Store or Xbox Store would be beneficial.??

You have experience in a parallel field such as Engineering, Design, QA or data analytics.????

You have prior experience working as a project manager for a remote team.??

You have a broad understanding of the trends within the Web3 Gaming space would be a bonus.??

Responsabilidades:

Leadership: Align the team to understand the company and game’s strategic goals, inspire the team to meet those goals and be highly productive. Communicate daily with the team to ensure clarity on priorities and keep them updated on status. Foster an environment of creativity, accountability, and collaboration in all your interactions.?

Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of talented and highly motivated junior and mid-level producers.??

Project Management: Define and iterate on the overall backlog and sprint planning process for the team. Ensure sprints meet milestones requirements across the team. Put this into practice managing a cross-discipline subsection of the Outer Ring development team.??

Objective Decision Making: Remain an objective decision maker in the highly subjective environment of games, clearly articulating pros and cons of decisions and helping the game leadership team to make the best choices while understanding the impact of those decisions. Balance the short-term requirements of our closed Alpha audience with the long-term project vision.??

Put Gamers First: Use your experience as a gamer, your understanding of the market and the available data to make player focused decisions and craft the best possible game experience for users.??

Business Understanding: Work with senior leadership to understand the financial and marketing needs of the company. Balance these needs with game priorities to set budgets, agree release timelines and provide marketable content.??

We’re looking for SENIOR QA TESTER to join us!

Requisitos mínimos:

You have 2 years of experience in game testing (any platform).
You have gaming knowledge and passion.
You have good attention to detail.
You have good communication and organizational skills.
You have experience working with Jira and Confluence.
You have Agile working methodologies.
You are used to the game development process.
You are able to work with remote teams.
English Language – at least a basic conversation level is required, the team is growing internationally.

Requisitos deseados:

You have degree in Game Design, Art or Programming.
You have equivalent experience like Software Testing or Game Journalism.
You have Automation Testing skills.
You have Game engine experience (Unreal, Unity, GameMaker, etc.).

Responsabilidades:

Creation and maintenance of Test Cases and Checklist for Smoke and Functional Testing.
Integral testing of projects from its first Alpha to post-launch.
Knowledge of the tools needed for testing videogames on PC, video recording, and edition.
Detailed and efficient reporting of issues, feedback and improvements on those projects.
Regression checks on the issues already fixed by the Design and Development Team.
Direct coordination with that Team and active participation in continuous meetings.
Comprehensive maintenance of the Issue Database health and issue triage in Atlassian Jira.
Organization, creation, and review of documentation in Atlassian Confluence.
